From start to finish just wow what an experience. If I could give 5plus starts I would. Everyone greeted us with smiles and so very nice. The housekeeping staff all friendly and helpful telling us hello how's ur stay or day everytime we passed in the halls. The breakfast was good and the sweet lady working so nice helping elders with plates and coffee. It felt like a community ..the best of teamwork and organization and friendly smiles I have seen anywhere I have ever stayed. Thank you to the whole staff and crew we just left and im still amazed at the niceness of everyone. Happy new year!
I was in the morning room for breakfast and morning emails before a busy day ahead. I realized my phone was dead. I plugged into the charging port conveniently located at the table and it still wouldn't charge. I The front desk associate, Leslie, came over and double checked that it wasn't the outlet, but my phone charging cord. Without a momements doubt, Leslie went and got her charging cord gave it to me so that I wouldnt be burdened throughout my day. THANKS!!

We rested well at this hotel. The room was clean and all amenities worked in the room. The mattress was comfortable. The ice machine wasn’t working on our floor so we needed to go to the main level to get ice. Breakfast was good. A good selection of typical breakfast foods. The hot choices were warm, not hot, but could be warmed in the microwave. We would stay again.
Getting into the hotel was a real pain, road construction, not the hotels fault. Room was great, service very good, will go back.
My Family Stayed 2 times at Comfort Inn & Sites in Dothan Al. in Nov 2025. The rooms were very clean the sheets, shower curtain, bathroom. The breakfast was Excellent. This was the cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed in. The stuff was very Kind and friendly. The Managers & Stuff made our 4 day stay there Such A Blessing. 2nd shift at 5pm on Sept 30th wife and I checked in. In my 40 yr IT Career I stayed in hundreds of hotels across America. Front Desk Agent named Amber I'd rate 1 Million on a scale of 1 to 10!!!!!! Amber was kind, caring, empathetic, gracious, understanding and extremely EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL AT HER JOB!!!
